If you want to subscribe to our competitively priced maintenance service, providing fast and efficient maintenance and repairs, then the first step is to get in touch with the team. We’ll talk through your requirements and arrange a site inspection, finding out what you need for your property portfolio, whether you have a single property or many more. We’ll make sure we understand exactly what is required so that we can ensure you get the level of service required. We work with all demotic owers and landlords and letting agents throughout all HU postcodes, as well as DN19, DN18, and YO43.

Your property maintenance requirements are not the same as anyone else’s. From landlords with a single property that is essentially their retirement fund, to career landlords with large portfolios, every one of our clients has a unique set of needs. That means there is no one-size-fits-all approach – every client requires a different maintenance package. We’ll work with you to ensure that your package covers exactly what you need at a competitive price. Once you’re happy with the package details, we’ll be good to go, providing you with the maintenance service you need.


£250 for 4 hours. Our team will complete tasks such as flat pack furniture assembly, putting up shelves, wall mounting TVs, hanging doors, fitting laminate flooring, skirting, architrave etc. Please note that tasks need to be documented and handed to us prior to arrival of the team so we are able to work efficiently and ensure that your jobs are completed.

Please note: this is not an add on to our maintenance packages. It is available to both landlords and members of the public.


A fully bespoke package tailored to you. The cost of this can vary because of the flexible nature of the service. It can include carpet cleaning, a full house deep clean, grass and hedge cutting, repairing of fences and gates, resealing bathroom and kitchen where required, clear out of any rubbish that has been left, servicing of the boiler and electrical system – in fact, we’ll make sure it includes whatever you need to get your property ready for the next tenants.
