Our property maintenance subscriptions cover over 500 jobs throughout the property, inside and out, with optional extras so you can tailor your package to suit your needs. They are designed to cover both proactive and reactive maintenance, and a whole lot more. We pride ourselves on our expertise in home and garden maintenance and repairs, taking care of interior and exterior maintenance work: from gutter cleaning to kitchen maintenance and repairs, tiling and flooring, plastering, wear and tear and all other standard maintenance tasks.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
We aim to cover all the most common jobs that our clients need us to take care of. We work throughout the property, inside and out, and will take care of all those little tasks that require time and effort which you may not be able to spare. HALF DAY HANDYPERSON
£250 for 4 hours. Our team will complete tasks such as flat pack furniture assembly, putting up shelves, wall mounting TVs, hanging doors, fitting laminate flooring, skirting, architrave etc. Please note that tasks need to be documented and handed to us prior to arrival of the team so we are able to work efficiently and ensure that your jobs are completed.

END OF TENANCY MAINTENANCE
A fully bespoke package tailored to you. The cost of this can vary because of the flexible nature of the service. It can include carpet cleaning, a full house deep clean, grass and hedge cutting, repairing of fences and gates, resealing bathroom and kitchen where required, clear out of any rubbish that has been left, servicing of the boiler and electrical system – in fact, we’ll make sure it includes whatever you need to get your property ready for the next tenants.
